Director continuing education program

The Company encourages directors to participate in education programs that enhance their ability to effectively comply with their fiduciary responsibilities. The Company periodically provides a list of such opportunities to directors and reimburses director expenses related to qualified programs approved by the Company. Directors are also encouraged to inform the Company of opportunities which may be of interest to other directors.
