Processing Your Application
Applications are accepted throughout the year.
A giving panel made up of employees meets quarterly to review applications and make recommendations for funding.
The review and approval process may take up to 90 days. Be sure to submit your application at least three months before the funds are needed.
You will be notified by mail of the outcome of the review process and whether your application for funding was approved and the dollar amount.
Application Deadlines
Applications for first quarter must be received by Jan. 31, second quarter by April 30, third quarter by July 31 and fourth quarter by Oct. 31.
