We Energies logo We Energies is the trade name of Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Wisconsin Gas LLC, the principal utility subsidiaries of Wisconsin Energy Corporation. We Energies serves more than 1.1 million electric customers in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and more than one million natural gas customers in Wisconsin. The company also serves about 2,500 water customers in Milwaukee's northern suburbs and about 500 steam customers in downtown Milwaukee. Service Area Map>>
We Power logo   W.E. Power, LLC designs, permits, builds and owns the power plants that are part of the Power the Future plan to meet future energy needs in Wisconsin Energy's electric utility service areas.
Edison Sault Electric Company logo   Edison Sault Electric Company engages in electricity generation and distribution to 22,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula. Edison Sault generates and sells low-cost power from the company's historic hydro plant and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' hydro plant, both located on the St. Mary's river system at Sault Ste. Minergy logo   Minergy LLC develops and markets proprietary technologies designed to convert high-volume industrial and municipal wastes into value-added products.
Northern Tree Service
  Northern Tree Service, a sister company of Edison Sault Electric Company, provides quality, professional tree clearing and trimming of utility right-of-ways primarily in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Wispark LLC logo   WISPARK, LLC develops and invests in real estate, including business parks, industrial/office buildings and urban redevelopment projects in southeastern Wisconsin. WISPARK pursues projects that expand the tax base and increase employment opportunities in the communities served by We Energies, while generating reasonable financial returns for WEC.
Wisvest Corporation logo   Wisvest LLC was originally formed to develop, own and operate electric generating facilities outside the We Energies service area and to invest in other energy-related entities. When Wisconsin Energy started focusing on core business through its Power the Future plan, Wisvest discontinued development activity and began divesting its assets.
